On-site support for a defined home technology issue—computer, printer, Wi-Fi, phone, tablet or smart TV. Includes the initial 60-minute appointment; further time is discussed before proceeding.

For Home Tech Rescue, the two-hour cap applies to billable service time, not replacement parts or third-party purchases. Please confirm the final quote before service begins.
